Refund & Returns Policy
At Admiral Sports Australia, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Stock Items (Non-Customized)
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customized Teamwear
Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed apparel, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom teamwear orders once production has commenced, unless the item is faulty or does not match the approved design proof.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@admiralsports.com.au with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email hello@admiralsports.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where to send your items.
